HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ENTER
There is no cost to enter.
WHEN IS THE WINNER ANNOUNCED
The winner will be notified as soon as possible. We will discuss arrangements for the van transfer shortly thereafter.
WHAT ARE THE ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must be the parent or guardian of a child with special needs. To qualify your child must be:
- Under the age of 21 at the time of entry.
- Have a neurologic or degenerative disease resulting in mobility issues.
- Must be a legal resident of the State of Michigan.
AS THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN WHAT MUST I DO:
- Sign a media release allowing your, and your child's, name and image to be used to promote Lori's Voice and to further the purposes of the charity.
- Be willing to be interviewed and filmed by members of the media.
- Not be a Lori's Voice Board member, Volunteer or member of their family.
- Not be the recipient of assistance from Lori's Voice for the purchase of a vehicle within five years preceding the date of entry.
- Fill out and submit an entry form prior to the program closing date.
Only one application entry per qualified child.
HOW IS A WINNER SELECTED
Eight finalists will be randomly selected from all applications received before the deadline. The finalists will be interviewed and the Board of Directors of Lori's Voice will select one winning applicant. This contest may be withdrawn at any time.
